[edit]Well, it has not yet been added to the VfD list. When it is, I shall be arguing that the listing was poorly thought out: this was a perfectly good stub.

This needs to be two different articles. The statistics definition of Critical Value is completely different from the Topological meaning.

- Support. Probably three different articles. However, Critical value (statistics) should be redirected to Statistical significance. There's hardly anything more to say about critical value which can't be put there under a section explaining the difference between p-value and critical value. A critical value has only 3 meanings
[edit]- a threshold
- a boundary in statistical hypothesis testing
- an image of a function in its critical point
