An article written in Simplified Chinese of comparing Ito Hirobumi and Li Hung-Chang. He or she probably just saved it before traslating it into English. Let it be, Zoe. We surely don't want to scare a newcomer away from wikipedia just because one feels like one must explain any editing to a veteran Wikipedian, which is certianly not true.
