Article Development
[edit]I've depended on this page a lot for context/clarification over the last few months in my reading of the entire YA series (such a good read) and while I'm really grateful for the quality of the page, I feel like it could be even better with some tweaks and development. Areas for development that I plan to try and work on (help/other recommendations/ideas how to achieve this would be appreciated!):
- Update the infobox to reflect Volume 2 issues/talent/collected editions/etc.
- Work on refining the intro and general tone/content of the page in relation to similar pages such as the Runaways/Teen Titans? (Where would be best to compare on Wikipedia?)
- Really refine the prose within the synopsis sections, potentially root around and improve linking articles that all share the exact same prose as this one
- Majorly cover Volume 2 as that hasn't been mentioned beyond one sentence and it's ten issues in
- Expand "supporting characters" (look for precedent of this on Wiki)
- Introduce section on cultural impact/critical response. I'm planning to do some academic writing on the series so I'll be sure to build any good sources I find into this section, think the series really has a meaningful connection to culture in terms of youth culture/social networking/queer and adolescent identity so it'd be great to reflect that.
I'll probably reach out to the WikiProjects connected to this page to ask for their advice assistance too but I thought it'd be worth laying this all out here in case anyone watches this page and wanted to get involved? - IndigoSeptimus (talk) 02:37, 15 October 2013 (UTC)
Ms. Marvel and Ironheart
[edit]I noticed that under MCU section Ms. Marvel and Ironheart has been labelled as part of Young Avengers. While i understand people are calling them as such, but neither Ms. Marvel nor Ironheart has ever been the members of the Young Avengers team. Can anyone explain it? - This article doesn't say they are part of the Young Avengers in the MCU, only that they were part of the Young Avengers in the comics. InfiniteNexus (talk) 17:38, 1 March 2023 (UTC)
- i mean they were never part of the team in the comics.
