Image from official President of Ireland website. JJ was emailed permission for wiki to use images from the website. He only used two of the 8 presidential images. 1. It is an image of a notable individual who is deceased.
2. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
3. The image is only being used for informational purposes.
4. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because Cearbhall Ó Dálaigh resigned following a clash with a Fine Gael minister.
