Commissioner and cyber schools
[edit]County Commissioner Bickhart left office in Dec. He was replaced by Peggy Chamberlain Roup. Please explain what is the problem with updating this information. The info been removed twice with no explanation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.97.15.100 (talk) 23:29, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
- It's been caught up with info that you've added about cyber charter schools which doesn't really belong with this county article since the cyber charter schools are state wide and not confined to the particular county. I also encourage you to register on wikipedia. You're edits are mostly useful and they add to the improvement of wikipedia. Peggy Chamberlain Roup has been restored to the article. SusQ Cyber Charter School is provided by the local IU16 to students of both snyder county public school districts Selinsgrove and Midd-West. I included the explanation because there are local students attending these state wide cyber charter schools, just as there are many local children attending the local private schools which you also deleted - I provided a strong third party references for both. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.97.15.100 (talk) 23:48, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
- I included the information SusQ school under the Public Schools heading. I think a brief mention of SusQ is sufficient for this county specific article. Dincher (talk) 23:57, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
According to the USDOE Center for Ed statistics 540 Snyder County kids attend the private schools I listed. Why are they deleted? I included a strong third party reference. I believe it provides an authentic and comprehensive picture of education in the county. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.97.15.100 (talk) 00:05, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
- I again encourage you to register on wikipedia. The private schools have been restored. As long as the information you've added is county specific, I think it's okay to include. Dincher (talk) 00:14, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

fix the map
[edit]the map shows a red outline of the county but it shows it in a vacuum, like there's nothing else on the picture 2600:1700:3842:450:B0A9:E73C:8F4:78DF (talk) 17:00, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
