To Do

[edit]

It'd be great if you work on the list. If you check the history you'll see that it's only been growing as my eyes are rather bigger than my stomach - and by stomach I mean of course time. I'm hoping that with the first round of comps done I'll be able to work on them more.

Thanks for pointing me to Einstein solid, that was a recent addition when I started looking at phonon and I hadn't checked around at other names. By the way, I changed Einstein model into a redirect so users are taken right to Einstein solid.

I remember in my first solid state class every time a three mysteriously appeared someone had to ask about it and be reminded of the 2+1 so it caught my attention. I see you haven't been editing with this account for very long; if you have any questions, feel free to ask.--Laura Scudder | Talk 05:20, 30 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

File:Simple pendulum.jpg needs authorship information

[edit]
Dear uploader:

The media file you uploaded as File:Simple pendulum.jpg appears to be missing information as to its authorship (and or source), or if you did provide such information, it is confusing for others trying to make use of the image.

It would be appreciated if you would consider updating the file description page, to make the authorship of the media clearer.

Although some images may not need author information in obvious cases, (such where an applicable source is provided), authorship information aids users of the image, and helps ensure that appropriate credit is given (a requirement of some licenses).

  • If you created this media yourself, please consider explicitly including your user name, for which: {{subst:usernameexpand|Unc.hbar}} will produce an appropriate expansion,
    or use the {{own}} template.
  • If the image is clearly old enough to be public domain, but the exact sourcing or authorship is not easily determined, please consider placing {{subst:is-old|media type}} as the source and providing as much additional detail as possible.
If you have any questions please see Help:File page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 10:21, 15 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
