But in what city is Parsons Blvd and why is it worthy of mention here? Not all streets are mentioned here. Please use complete sentences and follow the highlighting convention. The title phrase or title word is highlighted at its first appearance, like this. (I took care of this in Parsons Blvd.) Michael Hardy 22:51, 22 Dec 2003 (UTC)
Hi Patcat. Nice to meet you. I didn't intend to take out an entire section, I was just working my way through the entry putting adab of polish here and there. Along the way, I removed the section header (which, after my changes, was in the wrong place)and didn't get around to replacing it. I think I wrote a new section about the differences in cache type (which we need to outline in order to understand earlier Celerons) and then realised that the article duplicated itself. I don't think anything substantial has been left out, but by all means go ahead and re-add anything missing. Later on, if I remember, I'll try to put some flesh on the bones of the later versions. Homelessness article
[edit]Hi Patcat88. I think the article on Homelessness does need more work. I have done a lot on it (wrote the history section, moved out to sub-articles, etc.) and dealt with vandals and sock-puppets. One is limited in time available. I will try as best I can. Best Wishes and Thanks. --- (Bob) Wikiklrsc 13:12, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
- I've rolled back the article to what I think is a sensible starting point again, for all to discuss and make points, and proceed from there. I just don't know what else to do. I am a Wikipedia pacifist, not a war monger. I also really cannot afford to do else but contribute to and write articles. I just don't have the time or internet access ! --- (Bob) Wikiklrsc 16:25, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
myFaves
[edit]You added this comment "myFaves was created as a response to the very similar "My Circle" feature of Alltel (USA)." to the T-Mobile article. It's incorrect, do you have any references to cite that can substantiate this claim? Otherwise it's an ill-informed guess and assumption. T-Mobile has been working on myFaves since Summer 2005. FYI, SunCom actually launched the first Unlimited Mobile to Anyone service. MagicKnight 22:43, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
- Yes myFaves launched after MyCircle, however T-Mobile has been testing this service since 2005. You won't find any reference that T-Mobile copied, because none exists. SunCom was the first provider. And that blog is not a credible source. MagicKnight 02:43, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
Leave the Sprint Nextel profile alone please
[edit]Your source info is from 2004 and does not mention anything about Nextel roaming. The PDF simply states "No roaming on other systems", that means CDMA, TDMA, GSM, ect. There is no mention of Nextel roaming partners. And if you will Find and Read the news releases from the companies listed as Nextel roaming partners, you will see they have agreements. I have both Sprint and Nextel, and TRUST ME, Nextel has roaming. Please do not post the PDF file again as a source. To me it seems more like you are posting this article as a bias attmept to prop up another carrier.
I have now sourced the info. You can find the links in the Sprint Nextel "Discussion" section.

AfD nomination of List of Bank Identification Numbers
[edit]I have nominated List of Bank Identification Numbers, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Bank Identification Numbers. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Sydius (talk) 17:56, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Google Chrome AfD
[edit]Could have predicted that outcome couldn't you? :) samj (talk) 06:11, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
- The article has so much WP:SPS it should be deleted and protected for a few days until content builds online that can be used for sources. Or a good template at the top. Much of this is synthesis, and who knows if any of the info described in the comic actually exists right now in the browser or is it to be added in the future. Experts need to verify the claims in the comic, the whole point of WP:V. The fact its a product by Google doesn't mean suddenly WP Policy disappears. Patcat88 (talk) 09:09, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
- Most of the current citations are web-based, either directly from Google itself or independent blog sites. You could try hitting the page up with a tag pointing out the lack of independent coverage, then go for another AfD if the issue isn't addressed. I'll try to keep behind your edits to ensure you don't get reverted. 74.242.121.166 (talk) 22:43, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for September 2
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Hybrid fibre-coaxial, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages POTS and Power meter (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
