Guidelines for editing the Slovenia article
Units in metric should be spelled out with the converted Imperial units abbreviated in parentheses per Manual of Style.
Only external links pertaining to Slovenia as a whole, or official government of Slovenia links are solicited on this page. Please add other links in their respective articles.
All sections should be a summary of more detailed articles. If you find any points missing, please add it in the section's main article rather than on this page to keep this page size within reasonable limits.
The clearest maps in thus article are one from the grim years of WWII and another of the climate zones with temperature charts included. The map of statistical regions is good but by design it lacks city names. I think it would improve the article to have a map showing major cities (especially Ljubljana) and showing enough of the neighboring nations to place it in Europe. I have seen such a map in the past, but cannot find it online now.
The map in the info box serves mainly to show it is a small nation. Reading that map, it pays to know that already, to find the dark green bit that is Slovenia.
