[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Gia Carangi. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20070521033817/http://www.thegiacarangiproject.com:80/bio_main.html to http://www.thegiacarangiproject.com/bio_main.html
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

First Supermodel? No
[edit]I have an huge issue with statements like "(insert name) is considered the first model." According to whom? A biographer? One source? While the title isn't protected, trademarked, or otherwise awarded by one governing body, such statements should be changed to show the actual attribution making the claim Shows who made that statement, not just by footnoting and leaving it at that. It is a POV claim and has no business being to a cross reference. ClevelandExPat (talk) 01:41, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
- Are we to
quotename every author who has credited her as the first supermodel? I don't think so. The lead already states "Considered by some to be the first supermodel." Flyer22 Frozen (talk) 21:20, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
