Part of the reason for relisting was that the article had been around for so long. What apparently was not noted was that in April of 2008 it was merged and redirected [1]. In May of 2014 [2] the redirect was undone with the edit sumarry "redlink", which doesn't mnake a lot of sense as the target article did in fact exist at that time, before that time, and still exists now.
