church disambiguation pages
[edit]Hi Ketiltrout, i notice a couple of edits on my watchlist where you have revised church disambiguation pages, including this edit to the First United Presbyterian Church page. Could I ask that you stop and discuss, before editing more? Because there are a few hundred of these, I think, and it is not obvious what is best formatting, but we don't want some editors going one way vs. others going another. On that page, I do agree that some editing was called for. I will edit there now, to what I think it should be, then can we discuss? sincerely, Doncram

[edit]Hello Ketiltrout!
- The New Pages Patrol is currently struggling to keep up with the influx of new articles needing review. We could use a few extra hands to help.

- Reviewing/patrolling a page doesn't take much time, but it requires a strong understanding of Wikipedia’s CSD policy and notability guidelines.
- Kindly read the tutorial before making your decision, and feel free to post on the project talk page with questions.
- If patrolling new pages is something you'd be willing to help out with, please consider applying here.

Mumtaz move
[edit]Hello Ketiltrout, why did you move Mumtaz (actress) to Mumtaz (Indian actress)? Is there a plan to convert Mumtaz (actress) to a dab page? Jay 💬 21:54, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
- Not a dab page, but the plan is to retarget it to Mumtaz with a {{R from incomplete disambiguation}} tag.—Ketil Trout (<><!) 22:37, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
List of Hindi films of 19xx LTA vandal
[edit]Hi! I see you came across this idiot at List of Hindi films of 1962. If you come across them again, just revert and slap a {{uw-vand4}} notice on their TP. See Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Disambiguation/Archive 53#Lists of Indian films - a heads-up. They never hang around in one place long enough to go to WP:AIV, and whac-a-mole seems the only solution. Best, Narky Blert (talk) 00:26, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
- Oh my! I must admit I didn't even notice the vandalism. I was just fixing links to the newly-moved Mumtaz (Indian actress). Good catch—Ketil Trout (<><!) 00:32, 22 March 2024 (UTC)
Mizan
[edit]Why did you move Mizan page without opening a discussion? Please don't continue such moves, Egeymi (talk) 05:44, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

The article X Carinae has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No evidence that it meets the notability guidelines for astronomical objects. 1. Not visible to the naked eye, 2. Not in any high-importance catalog, 3. Never received significant coverage in reliable sources and 4. Was not discovered in 1850. SIMBAD cites 41 references for this star, but all are just big catalogs and do not give any significant coverage.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:01, 30 May 2024 (UTC)
