I did some cleanup. The former version mentioned 12 towers, 7 gates AND 7 towers and 6 gates in the same article. I left the latter, but not sure of which one is actually correct. olivier 02:36, Sep 13, 2004 (UTC)

I was born and raised in langres, if you need info of that old city, you can contact me. Its become quite a tourist area now, its a very nice old, old town surrounded by ramparts. An old cathedral (st Mammes). We used to run to the "tour Navare'(16th century) during air raids during world war 2. If you get the chance to go in the region, go see it.
